Why see Charley Crockett?

$10 Cowboy tour!

Charley Crockett is heading on a new tour in support of his upcoming album '$10 Cowboy'! Born and raised in Texas, Crockett's life seems like it's straight out of one of his songs. From living on the railroad to busking in the streets of New Orleans, it seems he's checked all the boxes. A country and blues singer, his classically country voice and engaging stage presence create an experience like no other. A no-brainer for any country fan, and an engaging and energetic show for all others, you don't want to miss out on the chance to see him live!

No stranger to hard work, Crockett played 250 shows in one year with his band and has released twelve albums in the last seven years. The perseverance paid off, winning Emerging Artist of the Year at the Americana Awards in 2021, several television appearances, and even being personally approached by country legend Willie Nelson to play at his festival! Crockett is a true country soul who will give you an experience like no other!

Charley Crockett in Toronto

Saw Charley Crockett at Danforth Music Hall last night. I thought he was outstanding but had some issues with the venue. The sound seemed off up in the balcony at least. Bass was mixed very loud "too loud" and vocals were a bit tough to hear but big issue was terrible lighting. Bright white lights kept coming on facing the crowd making it impossible to see the stage. Even when lights were not in our face you could not make out members in the band. There would be a guitar solo and you could not even see the guitarist. I never once saw the keyboard/trumpet player. It was difficult and tirned a great show into a so so one and not Charley's fault. ... Read more
