Joe & Friends

Going strong since 1996, G3 is Joe Satriani's annual concert tour which features two other world class axemen. Joining him for this 2018 edition are Dream Theater's John Petrucci, and founding member of Def Leppard, Phil Collen.

A rock music fan's ream, G3 features more epic riffage than you can shake a Stratocaster at. Each show begins with the three players taking their turn in the spotlight to perform a handful of cuts from their own illustrious careers. The second half of the concert is an epic Jam between the trio, during which they cover iconic songs from the annuls of rock, such as 'Smoke on the Water' and 'Voodoo Chile'.
